Watson goggles are made of admixed polycarbonate. Polycarbonate (PC) is a material with very high mechanical strength but limited dynamic strength. Therefore, our glasses are produced by adding to the virgin PC granule a percentage of ABS, a polymer with elastic fibers that incredibly increases its resistance to torsion and bending. In addition, thanks to flex temples equipped with a spring mechanism, they are comfortable and lightweight, fitting perfectly to any type of face. Polycarbonate lenses provide 100 percent UV protection and maximum impact resistance. The result is lightweight yet sturdy eyewear that is ideal for everyday wear.
